Koba Mobile App Terms of Use

By accessing or using the "Koba" Mobile App (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to promptly update your account information as necessary.
3.3. You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
4. Use of the App
4.1. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms.
4.2. You may not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, or in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users' access to the App.
4.3. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or to any user accounts or computer systems connected to the App.
5. Content
5.1. The App may allow users to submit, post, or share content, including text, images, and other materials. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
5.2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the App, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so.

7. Termination

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
